Mr Ocholimoi said many MPs delay to turn up after leaves and recess and the practice led the ABC to decide to cut on sitting allowances for those at fault.
In the past, the speaker issued similar warnings of cutting sitting allowances of absent legislators but they were not effected.
He warned that MPs who fail attend more than 19 sittings would be dismissed from the state Assembly.
