The Catholic Auxiliary Bishop of Juba has called on the leaders in South Sudan to unite for a better service delivery in 2013.

Bishop Santo Loku Pio told the faithful at Saint Theresa’s Cathedral in Kator during the New Year’s Mass that citizens would suffer if their leaders did not keep unity among themselves, Bakhita Radio reported.

He said nothing would get done if citizens divided along the lines of their tribal, community, group or church leaders.

Bishop Loku explained that unity among leaders was critical to bring about progress and service delivery.

The auxiliary Bishop of Juba underlined that when leaders are divided it is the people who suffer.
