Yei County Commissioner has assured citizens of maximum security during the Christmas celebrations.
Juma David Augustine said there enough forces deployed to ensure security to people in the town and that people should not worry.The Commissioner advised the forces that are not on duty to keep their arms indoors and not wear their uniforms to avoid scaring civilians.
Mr. Juma said the government is determined to offer enough security to safeguard the people during this event.
He appealed to people to stop exaggerating simple matter to worsen security situation in the County.
Mr. David advised the people to trust in the government and stop condemning the government in certain incident that happen in the country.
The Commissioner called upon the people of his County to continue praying for peace in the County, the State particularly and the country at large.
