Hillary Luwate Adeba urged the people to enlarge their programmes and work to bring more opportunities to citizens.
Bishop Luate appreciated Cooperative Housing Foundation and Yei Vocational Training Centre for providing basic support for the training.
The Principal of Yei Vocational Training Centre said the state government is not supervising the college to see whether they teach the right curriculum or not.
She called on the government to visit the institution work.
The bishop and the Principal made their statements during the graduation of 53 students in Yei on Saturday.
