The Council of Ministers has condemned Sudan’s air bombardment of Northern Bahr El Ghazal during its ordinary Friday sitting chaired by Vice President Riek Machar Teny.

Government spokesperson Barnaba Marial Benjamin told the press at the end of the meeting that the Cabinet strongly condemned the bombing as a violation of the cooperation agreement South Sudan and Sudan signed on September 27.

He said the Government protested with the UN and AU.

Dr Marial disclosed that the Cabinet approved the establishment of the National Internet Centre to manage South Sudan’s internet domain with a budget of 1.8 million Pounds.

He said the Cabinet endorsed the Statement Policy for the national Ministry of Telecommunications and Postal Services.
