Morobo County Commissioner called on officials to return government assets that some civil servants are using for private purpose.
Morobo County Press Secretary Data Moses said Commissioner Moses Simon Soro wants the immediate return of solar panels, motorbikes, sound systems and computers being used by individuals, reported Radio Easter.The commissioner called a meeting on Friday and asked the youths and women in the county to identify the public goods by unscrupulous people.
County Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Assistant Arike Timothy complained that one desktop computer, one inverter and one battery went missing from the office.
Commissioner Soro urged citizens to use public property well and identify the corrupt people to be taken to the court.
