SPLM-Lakes State chairman has appalled to entire community to be united under the umbrella of the ruling party.
Daniel Awat Akot told reporters upon his arrival at Rumbek airstrip that people needed to unite in order to fight the enemies of the party.Mr Awat Ð who is also the deputy speaker of the National Legislative Assembly Ð said he went to Lakes State to address the issue of secretariats both at the state and county level.
He appalled for common understanding among the SPLM secretaries.
Mr Awat revealed that he would visit the eight counties of Lakes State.
He called upon all SPLM members to forgive each other and listen to one another to keep unity.
A big crowd of SPLM supporters welcomed Mr Awat at Rumbek airstrip on Sunday.
