A medic is calling on TB patients in Yei to report for treatment immediately.
Medical doctor Agnes Nyoka told Radio Easter that it was important that the community assisted TB patients on treatment.She appealed to residents to report any suspected TB cases or patients who stopped treatment.
Dr Nyoka called on TB patients to hurry for treatment before their health gets worse.
TB patients risk becoming resistant to treatment if they stop taking prescribed medicines.
The Catholic Radio Network (CRN) is a media project constituted by community-based radio stations broadcasting in Frequency Modulation from Juba, Yei, Torit, Yambio, Rumbek, Tonj, Wau, and Malakal.
