The Commissioner of Lainya County in Central Equatoria has died today in Juba after a long illness.
Tereka Sadaraka died at Juba Medical Complex at about 1:15 PM after a two-month battle with the disease that killed him.Central Equatoria Government Secretary-General Charity Gaba confirmed the sad loss this afternoon.
She told CRN over the phone that late Sadaraka’s body was taken to Juba Teaching Hospital for a post-mortem.
She said Central Equatoria government officials were going to the house of Mr Sadaraka in Juba to arrange with the family for his burial.
Ms Gaba said the date and place for Mr Sadaraka’s burial will be announced after arrangements are in place.
