The Catholic diocese of Wau is planning to reopen its Minor Seminary after it received donations for the program.
Bishop Rudolf Deng Majak told Voice of Hope that the Diocese is finalizing preparations to reopen the Minor Seminary in Nazareth after it received support from donors.He said the Minor Seminary will be built in a new style with money from Germany.
Bishop Deng added that final preparations and time for inauguration will be disclosed soon.
The Minor Seminary was shut down due to financial difficulties.
Bishop Deng explained that there are tremendous efforts to reopen the Theology Section of the Major Seminary in Juba.
He added that the old Busserri Seminary needs some renovation but it could house one of the faculties of St. Paul Major Seminary within six months.
