South Sudan army is committed to fights HIV AIDS among its rank and file but needs more supports for the transformation.
SPLA Medical Corps Program manager Lieutenant John Woja made this statement today during the launching of a family planning clinic for child spacing in Juba, Bakhita Radio reported.He said the SPLA leadership is committed to fights HIV and AIDS in South Sudan to face the challenges of transformation.
Mr Woja asked for more support, strategy and commitment from the community.
Marie Stopes International County Director Sarah Formisano said her organisation had a strategic partnership with the army.
She added that Marie Stopes International also gets contributions from national and international NGOs.
Marie Stopes International today launched a birth spacing clinic in Juba in collaboration with the national ministry of health.
