The Council of Ministers of Central Equatoria State has resolved to ask the state ministry of public service to provide ministries with appraisal forms to assess the performance and promotion of staff.
Government spokesperson Francis Barson Yuwasa told reporters that the Cabinet instructed the ministry of public service to develop annual appraisal forms.He said the appraisal forms would also help determine work performance, experience and achievement of employees in the state.
Mr Barson explained that a committee is entrusted to oversee the promotion methods from grade seven to super scales grades one and two.
He added state ministries have obligation to promote up to grade seven only.
Central Equatoria is battling compensation of heavy weight of employees in the state.
