The Commissioner of Lainya County Tereka Shedrack has completed his tour to the five payams of the county on Wednesday.
Speaking to Radio Easter over the phone, Lainya County press secretary Bullen Lugala said that the main purpose of the tour was to find out the challenges facing the people of the county.He said the commissioner has prioritized on road construction between Kupera Payam, Wugi payam and Koyoki boma.
Mr Lugala added that the people of Lainya are willing to work with the county administration for the development of their county.
He said the people in Wugi Payam have not mobile coverage ant the commissioner is lobbying for the operators to roll out their coverage in the area.
The communities of Lainya were happy with the commissioner’s visit to the various payams and bomas of the county.
