NILE COMMERCIAL BANK TO AUCTION MAMSCO’S ASSETS

Nile Commercial Bank (NCB) said it will sell two pieces of land that belong to MAMSCO, a Juba company, if it does not pay its loans to the financial institution.

MAMSCO is a soft drink company that planned to produce sodas in Juba, but has failed to take off from the ground.

Justice Gabriel Moruel is the legal council general and a member of the NCB resetting up committee.

He told SCR news at the plot belonging to the company in Munuki that MAMSCO has 14 days to pay back the loans it borrowed from the bank otherwise the justice will auction the land.

Justice Moruel said the NCB will sell property belonging to all borrowers who defaulted and failed to pay their loans to the bank.

NCB is in dire need of fresh cash to meet its obligations to clients who deposited they money in the institution.
