A mobile phone operator said Wednesdya that militias seized a cargo of 400 barrels of fuel in Wadacona County, Upper Nile State.
Zain’s Andre Claassen said SPLM-DC militias intercepted the trucks coming from Renk and took the fuel.He said this was the first consignment of fuel sent to the area.
Mr Claassen was speaking at the meeting with the national telecommunications minister.
