The children of Sacred Heart Kindergarten in Juba called for the government to work and bring to an end the suffering of the people of South Sudan.

Tombe Louis, a five-year old kid told Bakhita Radio that he had a message to the government because people were suffering and dying.

He asked the rising Jesus to bring an end to suffering.

Four-year old Amiza said it was important to celebrate Easter in peace since South Sudan was a sovereign state.

She prayed that the rising of Christ from the death may bring peace among the peoples of South Sudan.

The children were speaking at the official closing of the Kindergarten for Easter break.
