People can claim their rights only if they know what are rights consecrated in the Constitution of South Sudan.
UNMISS representative Richard Venrett said today that human rights awareness and education are key for people to be able to claim their rights.He said the human rights education needs to be spread by every means including radios, TV, newspaper and banners to allow people to know that they have rights.
Mr Venrett made this statement today in Juba during a human rights education and awareness clinic in Juba.
