WORD ERROR DELAYS EASTERN EQUATORIA STATE TRANSITIONAL CONSTITUTION
He explained that the constitution of Eastern Equatoria State was taken to the Ministry of Justice last month but it was returned for correction of spelling errors.
According to the Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, the second issue that compelled the return of the transitional constitution for amendment was the number of state advisors.
He said the state had put the number of advisors to be six but they were to be reduced to three.
Mr. Laku stated that the state governor, Louis Lobong Lojore, will sign the Eastern Equatoria State Transitional Constitution after approval by the National Ministry of Justice and Constitutional Affairs in Juba.
