Members of Parliament have called for the urgent removal of Terekeka County Commissioner.
Thirteen MPs from Terekeka in both the national and Central Equatoria assemblies petitioned Governor Clement Wani Konga to remove the Commissioner Clement Maring Samuel accusing him of being behind the deteriorating administrative, socio-economic, political and security conditions of the people in Terekeka County.They alleged that the deteriorating situation of Terekeka is due to the Commissioner’s arrogance, discriminations and incompetence.
The MPs accused Mr. Maring of openly misbehaving and abusing his position in every way possible.
They said he occasionally beats and slaps people, and openly uses derogative language on people without regard to their positions in the society.
