Some catholic bishops of South Sudan this morning paid a visit to Mary immaculate parish in Tore, the cradle of St Paul Major Seminary.
Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe of Yei told Radio Easter that the visit was part of the diocese’s silver jubilee celebrations.Bishop Lodu added that retired bishop Vincent Mojwok of Malakal, who was among the visiting group, was ordained to the priesthood in Tore together with another four priests.
He said that Cardinal Gabriel Zubeir Wako of Khartoum also studied and was ordained at Tore seminary.
Bishop Lodu is also celebrating his silver jubilee of episcopal ordination.
