The President of the Republic today returned to Juba from a three-day visit to Kenya and Uganda to strengthen regional stability.
Salva Kiir Mayardit visited Nairobi and Kampala to discuss regional and bilateral stability as well as the territorial boarder issues of South Sudan with his counterparts, Bakhita Radio reported.The Minister in the Office of the President Emmanuel Lowila told the press upon the presidential delegation’s arrival at Juba International Airpot.
He said the delegation was warmly received during its one-day visit to Nairobi.
Mr. Lowilla said President Kiir discussed the question of border issues with President Museveni to smooth trade relations between the two countries.
The minister said that the border issues between South Sudan and Ugandan will be discussed by sub-ministerial committees from both countries.
