The governor of Western Equatoria has advised the Pojulu community of Lainya County, Central Equatoria, to resolve a local administrative boundary dispute locally.

Joseph Bakasoro told the Pojulu community meeting at Nyakuron Cultural Centre in Juba that the people and leaders in Greater Equatoria are worried about the developments of the Pojulu issue in Lainya County, Bakhita Radio reported.

He called upon the Pojulu community to address their problems in Lainya County and not in Juba.

Governor Bakasoro advised the Pojulu community to go back to Lainya to address their differences without humiliating one another.

He urged the community to embrace their history and unite for the development of Lainya County.

Governor Bakasoro told the Pojulu community that there is a dividing factor among the Pojulu that remains invisible.
