Pupils at St. Kizito Primary school in Isohe, Eastern Equatoria state, are mourning the death of a schoolmate who was killed during a discussion over unpaid fees.
The pupil identified as Loliha Caesar, from Loronyo village, Ikotos County, died instantly on Thursday evening after attempting to kill his older brother using a hand grenade, Radio Emmanuel reported.
Lodume Dominic, a teacher in St. Kizito primary school, told the press that the family of the deceased said Loliha wanted to kill his brother after a quarrel over unpaid school fees but the grenade exploded, killing him instead.
The origin of the grenade had not been discovered yet.
