The Catholic Archdiocese of Juba is reviewing activities carried out by its various departments for the last eight months.
The meeting is also a call for an action plan from each department within the archdiocesan administration for the remaining three months of annual year, Bakhita Radio reported.Secretary General Fr. Martin Ochaya Lino told the participants that most archdiocesan departments did not submit their annual plan of action to the administration.
He said any review of performance requires a comprehensive yearly plan of action and reiterated the need for each department to have a workable time-line.
Fr. Ochaya said the review programme is important because it provides support to the organization, improves relationships with donors and fosters the spirit of transparency and accountability.
The meeting was attended by heads of various units of the Archdiocese including Sudan Aid, Education, Bakhita Radio, Women Desk and Justice and Peace.
