People living in Nuba Mountains, South Kordofan State, were urged to dig shelters to protect themselves from air attacks mounted by Sudanese planes.
A social protection team official said Sudan’s air force increased its attacks in Heiban County.He added that he expected every family to dig a hiding shelter in their homes and farming places to run for cover when they hear planes approaching.
He asked parents to take good care of their children and keep them safe from air strikes like caves or other shelters.
He encouraged citizens to watch out because air attacks have increased in the region.
Yesterday two Mig jet fighters attacked Kichama village in Heiban County in the morning hours with over six missiles.
The locals said the bombs destroyed crops and killed a large numbers of animals.
