Education is the course South Sudan should take in order to meet the many challenges lying ahead.
Upper Nile University lecturer Butrus Omot Othow told Voice of Love that education prepares people to meet difficulties worldwide and the same should happen in South Sudan.Ustaz Butrus said South Sudan needs to revise its educational system.
He added that the Arabic curriculum that comes from Old Sudan should be replaced by a modern programme in English.
Ustaz Butrus suggested the introduction of computers at primary school to allow pupils to communicate with the whole world.
The lecturer said a quality teacher will make a quality education.
He asked the government to provide the necessary training to South Sudan teachers in general to produce a generation of good education standards.
