Yei National Training Institute yesterday graduated 75 nursing, lab technician and midwifery students from the ten states of South Sudan who completed a three-year programme.
Principal Koul Ajok urged the graduates to be role models in the communities they will be serving to promote the welfare of the country, Easter Radio reported.
He appealed to the graduates to work for the government instead of NGOs because the public health sector needs many more qualified professionals.
One graduate who preferred anonymity said though he did not like some tutors, he praised God that he passed and he is going to serve the people with love because God loved him.
National health minister Michael Milly Hussein attended the graduation ceremony together people from NGOs, government officials and the public.
