The Archbishop of Juba this morning offered a requiem mass in honour of late Monsignor Constantino Pitiya Lukor at St. Theresa’s Cathedral in Kator.
He called upon all Christians to pray for the soul of Monsignor Constantino Pitya.
Archbishop Paolino said let the death of this senior priest teaches the faithful that dying in Christ opens way for God in heaven.
The mass was attended by GoSS president, South Sudan Speaker, ministers, religious and church personnel.
The late Monsignor Pitya is buried at Rejaf.
