STUDENTS HAPPY OVER UNIVERSITY ACCEPTANCE

Students sitting for a placement test at the Catholic University of South Sudan have expressed joy over their enrolment at the institution in order to get a degree.

Some 250 students sat on Saturday for an assessment test to determine their future standards at the University.

Bakhita Radio caught up with Taban Julius, a first-year student enrolled in economics and business administration. He said the test was not difficult but students faced some problems because most stayed for a long time without studying mathematics.

He added that he was happy to study at the Catholic University of South Sudan because the institution has a positive reputation and better quality teaching.

Jua Christine is another first-year student. She expressed her joy upon her admission at the University.

She said she had been searching ways to get enrolled at the University to obtain a degree.

Two hundred and nineteen students were admitted to the first year of economics and business administration degree course in Juba.

The Catholic University has also a faculty of agriculture in Wau.
