A high delegation from the Divine Word Missionary Society is in Yei to visit the catholic diocese and study the possibility to establish a community there.
The three priests from Mozambique, DR Congo and Philippines met Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe this morning, Easter Radio reported.The bishop said he was honoured to receive the delegation of the missionaries representing their general administration and the province of DR Congo.
He added that their visit gives new hope to the diocese.
Bishop Lodu assured the visitors that the Christians are happy to receive them.
The team from the Divine World Society is in Yei to discuses a possible new opening in the diocese.
The delegates will stay for one week in Yei to explore the diocese and their possibilities.
