Two weeks of heavy rains has caused extensive floods that are destroying food crops and houses at Isohe Payam, in Ikwoto County of Eastern Equatoria state.
A reporter from Emmanuel Radio said the flooding waters come from nearby mountain areas.He did not give any details about casualties or the extent of destruction produced by the heavy rains.
The Catholic Radio Network (CRN) is a media project constituted by community-based radio stations broadcasting in Frequency Modulation from Juba, Yei, Torit, Yambio, Rumbek, Tonj, Wau, and Malakal.
