The caretaker minister for information says radio interactive programmes are good to improve government’s performance.

Barnaba Marial Benjamin was this morning in Bakhita Radio during a training workshop on expression and media debate. He said callers who criticize the government are reminding officials of their duties and weaknesses.

He explained that phone-in radio programmes are ways to interact with the government and let the stakeholders know what the public thinks about them.

Dr. Marial advised the citizens to use radio debates as a means of helping the government and the entire people of South Sudan.

He called on the stakeholders to listen to the feelings of the people about them expressed in radio debates.

Dr. Marial made these statements this morning at Bakhita Radio in Juba while opening a workshop on Expression Media Debate.
