The SPLM-North leadership held a two-day meeting in South Kordofan to assess the political, humanitarian and military situation and adopted a strategy to tackle the current and the future issues of the Sudan.
Chairman Malik Agar, vice-chairman Abdelaziz El Hillu and secretary genral Yasir Arman met at an undisclosed location in South Kordofan on Wednesday and Thursday.The leaders discussed the strategies to deal with the NCP either though regime change or change through a national consensus program in agreement with all political forces.
The meeting appointed 17 members and leaders to work as representatives for the SPLM-North in five neighboring countries, in addition to offices in London and Washington.
The leadership added that they favor a peaceful solution for the many problems that affect the people of the Sudan.
