South Sudan should form a community like the European Union to share resources and build itself through good relationships between neighbouring communities.

This is the vision the retired bishop Paride Taban of Torit left at the onset of the new Republic of South Sudan.

He said South Sudan has enough resources and assistance from the international community.

Bishope Paride added that it was time to form the South Sudan community to share the resources of each community.

He asked the government to open roads in order to facilitate communications.

Bishop Paride said the international community has given enough support to South Sudan. Now it is the turn of South Sudanese to start working hard and cooperating with one another in peace.

He added that South Sudan will be a strong country if every community collaborates with its neighbours.

Bishop Paride added that the communities need one another because each of them has resources that are unique.

The retired bishop of Torit urged all communities of South Sudan to put together their strength to build the new country.

He added that development comes from hard toil, discipline and greater sacrifice.

Bishop Paride asked the international community to support farmers in order to produce enough food.
