In a bizarre turn of events, local authorities in Ikwoto County are investigating reports that a 30-year-old man allegedly transformed into a snake while being held in police custody.
According to Mr. Tito Abas, the Ikwoto County Executive Director, the man had earlier been arrested for attacking a medical doctor. While in detention, he reportedly refused the meal provided to him, claiming that his own food was “outside.”
“Moments later, he allegedly turned into a snake, slithered onto the roof, and into a nearby tree. Youth in the area pursued him, and he is said to have turned back into a human being,” Mr. Abas told Radio Emmanuel 89FM during a telephone interview on Thursday.
