Ethiopian Airlines admitted it has a problem with some passengers’ luggage being delayed or gone missing in the Addis Ababa-Juba route.
Gadet Gai, in charge of handling passengers’ complaints, told SCR News that the company received a few protests over suitcases gone missing or staying behind on the flight between Addis Ababa and Juba.However, he declined to give details of the exact number of misplaced baggage or whether the airline is compensating the victims.
