Youths living in Tonj, Warrap State, were asked by the authorities to allow traffic flow through the town.

Many vehicles that use the Wau- Rumbek road find themselves caught in huge traffic jams while crossing Tonj town because the youth have the habit of socializing in the middle of the streets during the evening.

Tonj South County inspector of police, Lt. Colonel Joseph Mayei, called upon the youths to avoid standing on the roads and respect the traffic rules.

The police chief added that the youths were the right people to teach other community members about road safety rules.
