A civil society activist said there is need for all organized sectors in South Sudan to unite efforts in order to build the new nation.
Secretary general of the Sudan Democratic Election Monitoring and Observation Programme (SUDEMOP) Merekaje Lorna said this morning in Juba that all political parties, civil society and media need to come up with a road map that details their contribution to the nation building following the independence.She added that it will be hard to build a nation if all the organized sectors of the community do not work together.
Ms. Lorna made the statement today at the opening of South Sudan Civil Society and all political parties’ dialogue forum organized by SUDEMOP.
