The Speaker or Southern Sudan Legislative Assembly has visited Juba’s power house and water treatment plant in what seems to be the unofficial start of the political campaign for the April general elections.
Speaker James Wani Igga was today in Juba Power House to meet directors and workers at the facility.
He told the staff that water, first, and electricity are essential for life.
Mr. Igga encouraged the working force at the Power House to perform their duties with dedication.
The Speaker was warmly welcomed by the staff at the facility.
