A priest in the Catholic Diocese of Yei Fr Joseph Arike Eugenio on Thursday celebrated his twentieth anniversary of priestly ordination.
Fr Arike was ordained as a priest at Christ the King Cathedral by Bishop Erkolano Lodu Tombe in 2001 in Yei.
He expresses joy for making twenty Years in priestly ministry.
The Catholic priest thanks everyone for praying for his priesthood in the diocese.
The religious leader appreciates Bishop Erkolano for ordaining him as a priest to serve God’s people.
Christ the King Parish Priest Fr Tom Poru Martin also congratulates his colleague for his perseverance in the service of priesthood.
He describes Fr Joseph as an instrument of God and encourages him to continue serving His ministry.
Fr Tom encourages his fellow priest to be strong and courageous in serving the people of God.
Meanwhile Bishop of the Catholic Diocese of Yei Erkolano Lodu Tombe says it was by God’s Grace and prayers that help Fr Joseph in his service.
He urges believers to confess their sins and receive forgiveness from God.
