About nine priests from Dioceses of South Sudan celebrated their twenty-five years of priesthood at St. Paul’s National Major Seminary in Juba under the theme: “That they may be one as we are one” – John 17:21.
Four of them Fr. Thomas Igga, Fr. Bazilio Lukudu, Fr. Methodius Lomude and Fr. Ambrose Lodu are from Catholic Archdiocese of Juba, Radio Bakhita reported.
Fathers Thomas Bagbiowia, Baptist Kherim and Jacinto Nangi are from Tombura-Yambio Diocese.
Fr. Zachariah Angotowa is from Yei and Fr. Gabriel Leliwe is from Wau.
During the mass, Fr. Thomas Bagbiowia of Tombura-Yambio appreciated God for calling them to the priestly ministry.
Fr. Bagbiowia said the call for the priesthood is for them to sacrifice for their sins and the sins of others.
