An activist in Wau of Western Bhar El Ghazal State expresses that self interest is of more concern to South Sudanese than the public one.
Regional Coordinator for Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO, Stephen Robo Musa, says labourers in South Sudan don’t complete and respect their eight hours of work, Voice of Hope Radio reported.
He adds that every South Sudanese has the right to offer and contribute to the welfare of their country.
Robo notes that self interest is a challenge to all South Sudanese; people don’t consider public interest.
He adds that when people come into positions they think on self empowerment rather that offering services to citizens.
The official wishes all South Sudanese a happy Labour Day on 5th May in Wau, Western Bahr el Ghazal.
