Authorities in Lakes State have completed settlements for returnees from the north and they should relocate immediately from Comboni Primary School where they are now.

Lakes State Director of South Sudan Relief and Rehabilitation Commission Philip Kot Job told Good News Radio that plans to resettle all the returnees who have been camping at Comboni Primary School were completed.

Mr. Kot said basic facilities like water, toilets and a health centre were prepared for the returnees.

The director said returnees should not be allowed to continue to stay at the Comboni Primary School.

Mr. Kot added that the local government cleared the ground for the returnees at Nyottikangui, a village four kilometers West of Rumbek.

Good News Radio yesterday confirmed that there were still at least 36 returnees still camping at Comboni Primary School.
