GoSS received eighty highly qualified civil servants from Kenya to build the capacity of their counterparts in South Sudan.
GoSS Minister for Public Service and Labour, Awut Deng Acuil, said the Kenyan civil servants came for mentoring and transfer skills in South Sudan.The team came under a GoSS-IGAD initiative.
Madame Awout added that the cooperation agreement between Kenya and GoSS was extended and received more financial support.
The minister said South Sudan benefited from the capacity building programme that started in Kenya and now operates in Juba.
