Lainya county commissioner urged residents to remain clam after the incident that took place in Mukay.
Speaking to radio Easter over the phone, Suba Samuel said the people of Lainya should remain calm adding that the culprits are already arrested and under custody for questioning.The commissioner added that becasue Kenyi Elikima killed four people and left others injured, he has to face the justice.
Mr. Kenyi shot his own relatives on Sunday in a funeral place.
