The government of South Sudan will call for a Constitutional Conference involving all parties and civil society as part of the roadmap to independent South Sudan.
This was one of the resolutions the SPLM Political Bureau reached to promote an inclusive process of transition in a meeting that ended yesterday and secretary general Pagan Amum announced today to the press.Mr. Amum said the SPLM Political Bureau wants to involve all parties of the Sudan including the NCP to make two viable and friendly nations after the independence of South Sudan.
Mr. Amum added that today’s leadership forum involving all South Sudan parties was part of the inclusive process of transition to independence.
