South Sudan registers 20 more COVID-19 cases with 2 deaths

The Public Health Laboratory has confirmed on Thursday recording of 20 more cases of COVID-19.
 
The National Ministry of health says out of 96 samples tested, 20 turned out positive for coronavirus, Bakhita Radio reports.
 
The ministry says two deaths were also recorded in the past 24-hours.
 
South Sudan’s total number of confirmed cases now stands at 2,191, with 43 deaths and 1,180 recoveries.
 
The ministry urges the public to strictly observe rules of social distancing and other public health measures declared by the President and the high-level taskforce on COVID-19.
