Three members of organized forces were shot over land wrangles in Bonj Bonj along Bahr el Shargi.
The land owner Wol Barnaba Chol says the piece of land belong to him with all its official documents since 2016.
He mentions work has started on that piece of land but some youth destroyed his investment.
He adds that chiefs and youth of the area are calling for basics services like schools, water pumps among others which his project will provide to the community.
Meanwhile Police commissioner Samuel Ajoung Chour says the incident was land dispute between the investor and community members.
He calls on citizens to resolve their difference in a peaceful manner instead of resorting to violence.
Major General Samuel Ajoung stresses that police have arrest two suspects and investigations are still ongoing.
The Ministry of Physical, infrastructure and Land affairs declined to comment on the matter.
