Airport Director appeals for medical supplies to fight COVID-19 Pandemic

The Director of Juba International airport is appealing to Non-governmental Organization to assist with medical supplies to help fight the novel coronavirus pandemic.
 
Kur Kuol told journalists that in order for the airport to resume full operations there is need for support from willing individuals and organizations.
 
He says this support may include provisions of mask, testing machines and sanitizers to reduce the spread of the virus.
 
Meanwhile International Organization for Migration’s Chief of Mission Jean-Philip Chauzy says his organization has been supporting the three airports in the country.
 
He adds they provide screening and medical supplies to fight COVID-19.
 
The US Ambassador to South Sudan Thomas Hushek urges the government has to learn to adopt ways to live with the virus since no vaccine has been discovered yet.
 
He calls for full operation of the airport.
 
The officials made the remarks on Wednesday at the airport in Juba.
