Youth in Wau, Western Bahr El Ghazal State appreciated Community Empowerment for Progress Organization or CEPO for standing with the young people and finding ways of how they can transform their negative behaviours to positive.
They appreciated CEPO and IOM for standing with them, saying it is time for the them to make changes.
Some youth told Voice of Hope Radio that families always look at them as niggers, but right now they are trying to do something that community can benefit from.
A female youth encourage young girls to focus on education because it is the only way to improve their lives.
One of the artists requested from the entire local and national artists to dress in a good way that reflect cultures of South Sudanese.
One of the youth also mentioned that families normally see the negative side of the youth in groups, but there is also a positive part in everything.
The youth were speaking to Voice of Hope Radio during the launch of the project for youth funded by IOM and implemented by CEPO.
